Divorce coaching, one-on-one
1:1 COACHING: OPEN TO WOMEN AND MEN
Private, focused sessions to untangle your decisions, prepare for hard conversations, and set goals for what comes next.
Start with one conversation.
Walk away with the clarity you need.
Who it’s for:
You’re deciding what to do
You’re considering separation, or separated and unsure of your next move, and want a steady space to think it through.
You’re in the middle of it
You’re going through a divorce and need support with the emotional weight, the hard conversations, boundary setting, and the practical decisions.
You’re rebuilding
Your divorce was finalized, maybe years ago, but old patterns or unanswered questions are still shaping your choices and your life.
You prefer privacy
You’d rather work one on one than in a group, or you’re a man looking for an anchor and/or perspectives, since the group program is women-only.
We work through:
Clarity: Understanding what happened, what’s happening now, and where you’re going next.
Regulation: Mapping your emotions, reactions and patterns, and building nervous system awareness, so old survival reflexes loosen their grip, and choosing your response becomes easier over time.
Somatic release: Noticing where the stress of separation lives in your body, and learning simple ways to release it, so you’re not carrying it all day.
Awareness: Recognizing coping mechanisms (like alcohol, drugs, or sex), and investigating what those mechanisms are communicating to you, so you can process pain without numbing it.
Grieving: Making room for every layer of loss: the partner, the future you pictured, the home, and routines that felt familiar. You’re allowed to miss what you’re also glad to leave.
Boundaries: Making difficult decisions, navigating high-conflict communication, and establishing unshakeable boundaries (with self, and others).
Untangling: Making sense of gaslighting, manipulation, and psychological abuse, so you can trust your own perception again and stop second-guessing what you know is true.
Attachment: Exploring how your early caregivers and childhood experiences shaped the way you attach, and how those patterns showed up in your marriage, so you can understand yourself with compassion and choose differently.
Legalities: Getting organized and clear on priorities to use attorney time efficiently and reduce legal fees, if lawyers are involved.
Unpacking and Reclaiming: Deconstruct who you were in the marriage, and reclaim your self-confidence, self-trust, sense of desirability.
Rebuilding: Rebuild an identity rooted entirely in your own values, so you can design a future you actually want to live in.
Preparing to open your heart again: Because, who knows, the ex doesn’t have to be the last one, now do they?
